received when the plaintiff suffered a fall on the defendants'
front porch resulting in a fractured ankle. Summary judgment was
entered in favor of the defendants on the ground that the
plaintiff was a mere licensee at the time of her injury. The sole question presented on appeal is whether the trial
court was correct in entering summary judgment on the premise
that the status of Mrs. Weil, the plaintiff, was that of a
licensee, since the plaintiff concedes there is no evidence of
willful, gross or wanton negligence on the part of the
defendants.
