This appeal raises the question as to the legality of a search and seizure of property in the Southern District of New York when made pursuant to an order of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Michigan. On argument, however, various jurisdictional objections were raised which tend to overshadow the relatively simple problem as to the seizure itself. That seizure we think ws clearly illegal.
